- Usage validity The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
- Children Policy: Yona Beach Club has a minimun entry age requirement of 14 years old for Security reasons and Children Below this age are not permitted on board.
- Yona Experience is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old or Pregnant Women.
- Guest under the age of 20 years old must be accompanied by parent or gurdian.
- Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old.
- Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket from activity or show counter(if required)
- Most bookings are automatically confirmed, we will send you the by email, whatsapp or you can check it on the dashboard.
- Automatic Prepaid Booking: All automatic prepaid bookings are automatically confirmed when you pay us through our payment gateway system.

- Before 3 days of tour - no cancellation fee.
- 2 days before the start of the excursion: - 50% is paid.
- 1 day before the tour date: - 100% is paid.
- The activity may be canceled due to a natural problem, in which case we offer to move the reservation to another date or you can also request a full refund.
- 20% partial payment reservation: - This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation
